Here are some frequently asked questions to help make your shopping experience awesome!
1. What type of shirts do you use?
We print exclusively on Next Level Apparel shirts. These shirts are 100% Ring-spun cotton and are laundered to reduce shrinkage; however, they are still cotton, so some shrinkage will occur with time.
2. Detailed Size Charts
- Body Length is measured on the front from the highest point of shoulder to the bottom.
- Chest is measured 1 inch below the armhole.
- Sleeve length is measured from should to the edge.
3. Quality of T-shirt prints.
We employ two methods of printing: Direct-To-Garment (DTG) and Screen Printing. Designs that have many colors and are more detailed are printed using the DTG method. Direct-To-Garment printing prints directly onto the shirt. Once printed, you can hardly feel the print - because it's now one with the shirt!
Screen printing is the more traditional method of printing shirts. We use this method with predominantly text designs. Screen printing these types of designs helps the text pop more than if we used the DTG method.
4. How closely do the colors match what I see on the website?
The colors are closely matched to what you see on the website, but we're adding action shots of our shirts that will hopefully give the best representation of what our finished products looks like. As always, colors will vary depending on your monitor settings
5. Shipping costs.
My Geekery ships around the world! We have calculated an accurate algorithm calculating the exact weight of each item so we can deliver the best possible shipping price to you. All items are shipped via USPS First-Class, USPS Priority or USPS International Parcel, and come with USPS tracking numbers to use at USPS.com.
6. Processing and Shipping Times.
Processing time is generally 1-3 business days. If your order is going to take longer, we will contact you directly and inform you of the delay. Delays may be caused by out-of stock supplies and materials, or an abundance of orders. Processing times may vary during certain times of year, especially around November and December.
Shipping times are not guaranteed by My Geekery. Once we deliver your items to the United States Postal Service, we have no control over when your package will arrive. But all items will come with a tracking number for you to use to keep track of your package!
General Domestic shipping can take 1-5 days, depending on your zip code. International shipping is generally 5-14 days, depending on the country and the speed of the final postal service.
7. Return and Exchange Policy.
Every customer has the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days of the item being delivered. Returns and exchanges can be accomplished by contacting us at MyGeekery@ISAdesigns.net and detailing the reason for the return/exchange. All shipping fees acquired when returning or exchanging the items are the customer's responsibility. A monetary refund cannot be issued until the item is successfully returned to My Geekery, and all return shipping risks (from the customer to our store) are assumed by the customer. Also, items lost or damaged by the postal service cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not its original condition; shows obvious wear or damage as determined by MyGeekery.
- Any item that has been washed.
